Returns and Exchanges
We love our products and hope you will too! If you aren't over the moon about your Noonday purchase for any reason, we will happily accept returns or exchanges of any unworn pieces. Simply fill out our online Return and Exchange form within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund or within 90 days to receive a Noonday credit.
Holiday Exchange Policy
We want to make sure that you can gift with
confidence this season! So to help make your holiday shopping stress-free,
we’re extending our exchange policy for purchases made between Oct 1 and Oct
31, 2016. Purchases made during this time may be returned for an exchange or
gift card – including the original shipping cost –until January 31, 2017. If
you return an unworn item more than 30 days after the item’s original ship
date, but before Jan 31st, 2017, we’ll give you Noonday credit for
the original price paid plus an additional $6.95 to help cover the shipping
charges on your next order! Please note that we do not offer credit card or
check refunds more than 30 days from your order's ship date. In addition,
original shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.
Returning an order within 30 days of shipment
If you return an unworn item in new condition within 30 days of the original shipment date, you can choose to receive either a refund via your original payment method, or a Noonday Collection credit for the original price paid plus $6.95 to cover the cost of shipping your next Noonday purchase. Original shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.
Returning an order within 90 days of shipment
If you return an unworn item between 30 and 90 days of your order's ship date, you will receive Noonday credit for the original price paid plus an additional $6.95 to help cover the shipping charges on a future order. We do not offer credit card and check refunds more than 30 days of your order's ship date. We do not accept returns after 90 days. Original shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.

gift card. The full and complete collection/bundle must be returned and needs
to be in new or resalable condition. We do not issue refunds on individual
collection/bundle items. Original shipping charges on returned items are

The replacement will be for the same item as on the original order. We do not
issue replacements for items after 90 days of ship date.
Refunds for orders placed with a check
If you paid your Ambassador with a check for your order, Noonday Collection will issue a refund to your Ambassador, who will arrange for a timely refund directly to you.
Items not included in our return policy
Gift Cards and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our return policy.
Items lost or damaged in transit
Items that are damaged in transit or are missing from shipment and reported within 30 days of the original shipment date are eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.
If your Noonday item has a defect in construction, Noonday will provide a replacement within 90 days of the original shipment date at no additional cost to you. As our jewelry and accessories are handmade by Artisans, products may occasionally be out of stock. If this happens we will happily issue a gift voucher. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, invoice number, and request.
Noonday Collection will make a price adjustment if the item was
purchased within 7 days before the sale start date. The price adjustment will
be given in the form of a Noonday Collection gift card. This does not apply to
Flash sales or Final Sale items.
How to return an item
To return an item, please contact Noonday Collection customer support to obtain an Return Authorization number by emailing email@example.com with your Noonday invoice number and a brief explanation of your claim. Then send the items you wish to return to:
