Jessica is passionate about empowering women to embrace imperfect courage by choosing to leave safety and discover a life of impact. In addition to being a CEO, Jessica is a mother of three, one of whom she adopted from Rwanda. She inspires women in the US to rediscover their passions, step out boldly as leaders, and use their voices for good.

As a global entrepreneur, she works to empower women in vulnerable communities around the world to own their worth through creating dignified work opportunities. Jessica has been featured in both local and national publications, including Better Homes and Gardens, Austin Monthly, and on the cover of Austin Women. She has received numerous awards, including being a finalist for Austin Under 40 Entrepreneur of the Year and Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Central Texas Finalist in 2016.

Many women today believe that in order to be fully themselves, pursue their greatest passions, and make a difference in the world, they must first meet society’s standards of perfection for what it means to be a woman. But Jessica asserts that perfection is not a prerequisite for courage. She shares that it is only when we dare to embrace our seeming imperfections and replace cautious preparation with uncertain action that we are able to flourish—and to empower others to do the same.
