Sure! You don't have the be the most outgoing of your crowd or the social center of your community. Anyone can host a Noonday Collection trunk show with only a few requirements.

Q: What is a Noonday Collection Trunk Show like?

Q: Do I need to spend a lot of money to host a trunk show?
Please don't! The beauty of the Noonday Collection offered by your Ambassador serves as the main attraction. A lite snack, a bottle of wine...some pastries and a carafe of juice...spritzer and a simple cheese and cracker plate...it doesn't take much to bring friends together. Spend your time and efforts on inviting your friends and picking out your selections for your own Hostess Rewards.
Q: Can I have a Trunk Show somewhere other than my home?
Absolutely. Anywhere you can feel comfortable enough to invite your friends...a reserved area in a coffee shop, another friends' home, a workplace meeting room...our Ambassadors are creative and can work in any space we come across.
Q: What is the price range of items in the Noonday Collection?
We have something for everyone, sounds cliche right? How does $10 sound? Our funky paper bead bracelet is always a stylish treat. What about $14.99 for our versatile embria seed necklace? Our selections under $25 are too cute to miss...we also provide fashion choices that require detailed craftsmanship and thus, a higher price tag. Want to know a secret? All of our items are made with quality and love so they look great from any price point.
Q: How will my guests pay for their purchases? Can they write a check or use a credit card?
All credit cards are accepted. Checks and cash are also accepted but are written directly to your Ambassador.
Q: Do guests take home jewelry from the Trunk Show? How long does it take to get the jewelry?
Your Noonday Collection Ambassador will bring a beautiful sampling of the fashion, jewelry and home decor selections for you and your friends to browse and purchase. Your orders will then be placed through our website and will be delivered to your doorstep within 2 weeks of when the order is placed. Your Ambassador may also have a few items available for cash and carry.
Remember, guests can also preview items online at www.noon... When they do, they get more excited to come and see this beautiful line of artisan goods up close and in person.

Q: What should I do about invitations? Contact your ambassador for your custom evite or Pinng or Facebook image. She will also have ideas for wording for you.
Q: Can I have food and drink at my party?
What's a gathering of gals without food and something to drink? Socializing is, after all, part of the thrill of getting out of the house with friends. Just remember: keep it light and affordable. Elaborate food and drinks are not necessary when the gathering is intertwined with viewing and purchasing from the Noonday Collection.
Q: When can I expect new products in the Noonday Collection line? Will they be offered online or in trunk shows first?
All of our products are available online. New products are released in the Spring and Fall.
Q. Do I have to know the name of an Ambassador/Hostess to purchase online?
You are free to purchase directly from our site without having a specific Ambassador.
Q: How do I find an Ambassador? What if there isn't an Ambassador in my area (remote trunk shows)?

Q: How far in advance should I plan my trunk show? It is never too early to get something on the books with your Ambassador!

Q: How many guests should I have?
Noonday Collection trunk shows can be any size. 10 - 30 women typically show up for our unique shopping experience. Over-inviting is the best way to fill your home with guests. They get a chance shop some very special products and get an opportunity to learn more about the women and children that their purchases will help. Personal invitations and phone calls also help. Wearing Noonday Collection jewelry, having mini look-books available, and not shying away from last minute invitations (hey neighbor, want to join me tonight?) help bring fill out your guest list.
Q: I live in a small space, will that still work for a Trunk Show?
Good news for you and for your Noonday Ambassador: She will not show up to your home with the entire line to display (that's what our beautiful online catalog is for). Our displays don't have to spread across your home. A kitchen counter or a coffee table can showcase the Noonday Collection... your guests can also help model several items at a time. Tell them to get ready to chose some favorites as they walk in the door. They may not want to ever take them off!
Q: What if my friends can't make it?
You may have no idea which one of your friends is longing for a night with girlfriends! You may not be considering coworkers, neighbors, or your hair stylist and her community of friends. Check your calendar for other big events, choose a date, and invite your friends with confidence - - you are going to show them something amazing and give them an incredible opportunity to shop and make a difference. There is a never a perfect time for everyone to get to come. As an added convenience to our hostesses, Noonday Collection invites guests who cannot make the actual event to shop online as part of your trunk show.
Q. I'm still not sure I know what to expect...
Our Ambassadors serve as stylists to help you explore great fashion finds and fill you in on the story behind every piece. They create a transparent shopping experience so you walk away with more than fashion. By purchasing with Noonday Collection, you also impact the lives of those in need.

Q. I don't know much about fair trade and not-just-for-profit business. How does this work?
Please refer to the guidelines that are set forth by the World Fair Trade Associations. The gist of it: We and the companies we work with pay our artisans a living wage in advance for their products. This means they are often getting an average of 4 times more than others in a similar line of work. By purchasing their items, you enable us to continue to grow their businesses and create sustainable income opportunities for them and their community.
