Our Brazilian Artisan Partners weave together a golden grass known as capim dourado, native only to the Jalapao region of Brazil. To ensure that their practices are sustainable, the Artisans replant grass seeds for every golden blade they harvest. It takes one year for the grass to achieve its beautiful golden color.
